Will I receive the exact item shown?
For most products in the store, the item sent is the exact item shown in the photos, because every item is unique.
This product type works differently. It is a multi-item product: one item is selected from a group of highly similar items in the chosen colour, size and fit. The item sent is not necessarily the exact item photographed.
The items in the group are sorted by their current size, fit and colour. Minor details can vary slightly between items, such as the logo colour or label version.
All items in this group are in excellent condition. They have no heavy pilling, stains or missing buttons.
What size should I take?
Sizing conventions have changed over the years, so the neck tag alone does not determine the size. Each item is measured carefully to determine its current size according to modern EU sizing standards.
The measurements are length, width, shoulder width and sleeve length. Based on these measurements, the most accurate current size is assigned and the fit is classified as Slim Fit, Regular Fit or Loose Fit.
The size shown on the product page therefore reflects the current fit of the item, not only the original label size. The size on the website may differ from the size shown on the neck tag.
The product description states the height of the model and the size the model normally wears, to help judge whether the selected size and fit are right.
