Confirmation and tracking
After an order is placed, a confirmation email follows. Once the order has shipped, a tracking link is sent by email, so the parcel can be followed until delivery.
Customs outside the European Union
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, import VAT and customs fees in the country of destination. These costs are charged by the local authorities or the carrier and are paid by the customer.
Lost or damaged parcels
Every order is packed with care. Until the parcel has been delivered, the risk of loss or damage lies with Leverene.
If a parcel is lost in transit, Leverene offers a replacement item or store credit for the full amount paid, including the shipping costs. Because every item is pre-owned, most items are available only once. If the customer does not accept a replacement or store credit, the full amount paid, including the shipping costs, is refunded.
If a parcel arrives damaged, please report this to support@leverene.com as soon as possible, preferably with photos. A damaged item falls under the statutory warranty described in the terms of service.
