Carhartt jackets, jeans and trousers

Carhartt is the largest brand in the collection. Jeans and trousers form the biggest group, in cotton, denim and canvas. They are followed by jackets such as the Active, Berwick, Detroit and Muskegon models, chore coats, Arctic and Ridge coats and duster jackets, which are almost all made of canvas. The collection also contains Carhartt vests, hoodies, crewneck jumpers, T-shirts and shorts.

Dickies and other workwear brands

Dickies is the second brand, with work trousers, jeans, cargo trousers and shorts, as well as button-up shirts and T-shirts, mostly in cotton. Carhartt WIP adds crewneck jumpers, sweaters, vests, hoodies and tote bags. Schott is represented by jackets, a hoodie and a bomber jacket, Lee Wrangler by jeans, shorts and sweaters, and Levi's by jeans, a sweater and a hoodie. Duxbak and Wax-works each have a single jacket.

Size and measurements

Jackets, shirts and tops are mostly size L, M or XL, followed by S and XXL. Trousers and jeans are sized by waist and inseam in inches, written in the title as 34x31. Many items are marked unisex, and workwear for women has its own collection. Tops and jackets are measured flat at four points: across the chest from armpit to armpit, the length of the body, across the shoulders and the length of the sleeve. Comparing those numbers with an item already in the wardrobe gives a more reliable result than the label, and the method is explained in the guide to measuring pit to pit.
