Pre-owned Patagonia fleece, jackets and vests, from Synchilla and Snap-T pullovers to Torrentshell rain jackets. Each item is measured flat and carries a condition label.

Fleece

Fleece forms the largest group in the collection. The item titles name models such as Synchilla, Snap-T, Micro D and R2 TechFace, in quarter-zip pullovers, full-zip jackets and vests. They have a stand collar and most have a chest pocket with a woven Patagonia logo patch, and several have contrast panels or a snap placket. Patagonia was founded by Yvon Chouinard in 1973.

Jackets and vests

The jackets include lightweight rain shells such as the Torrentshell, nylon windbreakers, an insulated field jacket, a softshell, quilted insulated jackets and hooded parkas with a snap storm placket. The vests range from fleece vests to a quilted down sweater vest.

Polo shirts, shirts and trousers

Beyond the outerwear the collection holds polo shirts in cotton jersey or piqué, plaid button-up shirts, long-sleeve T-shirts in technical jersey or cotton, a trench coat in organic cotton and a few pairs of trousers and jeans.

Size and measurements

Patagonia sizing has shifted over the decades: older fleeces run boxier and shorter than current production, so the size on the label is only a rough guide. Fleeces, jackets and shirts are measured flat at four points: across the chest from armpit to armpit, the length of the body, across the shoulders and the length of the sleeve. Trousers and jeans carry the size as waist x inseam in inches, for example 34x31. The method is explained in the guide to measuring pit to pit.

The shell fabric lasts a long time, but the DWR coating wears off over the years. A shell can be re-proofed, and the description shows the state of each item.
