Refund policy

At Hazendonk Vintage, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of your return shipment.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@hazendonkvintage.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 1e Tieflaarsestraat 19, Neerijnen, The Netherlands.

14-day EU statutory right of withdrawal
Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within ten business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
