Shipping policy

At Hazendonk Vintage, we make sure your order is shipped quickly and carefully. Order on a weekday or Saturday before 15:00, and your order ships the same day. Orders placed later are processed and shipped the next business day. Every order is packed with care, so your vintage piece arrives in top condition.

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Orders within the Netherlands are typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days. For international orders, delivery time varies by country, usually between 3 and 10 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight and destination of your order.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

We pack every item with care, but in rare cases something can go wrong during shipping. Hazendonk Vintage is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If something goes wrong with your delivery, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@hazendonkvintage.com — we're happy to help find a solution together.
