Sweatshirts, hoodies and T-shirts

The crewneck sweatshirts form the largest group in the collection. They are made of cotton fleece, cotton jersey or a cotton blend, with ribbed collars, cuffs and hems. Several carry a chest logo that is printed, flocked or embroidered, and others have larger graphics at the front or on the sleeves. Pullover hoodies are made of cotton fleece with a kangaroo pocket and ribbed trims, and the T-shirts and long sleeves are cut from cotton jersey with graphics on the front or the back.

Jackets

The jackets range from lightweight nylon windbreakers with a drawstring hood and a full zip to hooded bomber jackets with slash pockets at the front and elasticated cuffs. The collection also includes a full-zip hoodie in a tie-dye wash and a reversible sherpa fleece jacket with a graphic on the back.

The Stüssy signature

Shawn Stussy began by signing surfboards in Laguna Beach in the early 1980s and later printed the same signature on T-shirts. The International Stüssy Tribe spread the brand worldwide.

Size and measurements

Stüssy is cut boxy, and older items run larger still, so the size on the label is only a rough guide. Each item is measured flat at four points: across the chest from armpit to armpit, the length of the body, across the shoulders and the length of the sleeve.
