Each item is measured flat at four points: across the chest from armpit to armpit, the length of the body, across the shoulders and the length of the sleeve. Sizes differ considerably between brands. Across the tops and jackets in this collection, items labelled L measure between 45 and 73 cm across the chest, a difference of 28 cm within one size. Every item has one of four condition labels: Deadstock, Excellent, Good or Fair. Wear and imperfections are stated in the description of the item.
