Pre-owned Patagonia jackets, from rain shells and softshells to the Nano Puff and Synchilla fleece. Each jacket is measured flat, and its condition is stated in the description.

Shells, insulated jackets and fleece

Patagonia was founded in 1973 by the climber Yvon Chouinard, and Synchilla fleece followed in 1985. The names on the label refer to product lines. The rain jackets in this collection include the Torrentshell, the Storm and the Rainshadow, the softshells are the Adze and the Guide, and the Nano Puff has synthetic insulation instead of fleece. The Micro D is a lighter, thinner fleece. Most jackets are made of polyester or nylon, in blue, navy, red, grey, green, orange, pink and black.

Size and measurements

Most jackets in this collection are size M, followed by L. Each jacket is measured flat at four points: chest, length, shoulders and sleeve. The method is explained in the guide to measuring pit to pit.

The full range is available at Patagonia, with separate pages for men and women. The Patagonia guide explains the model names, and the guide to reading a technical jacket covers shells and insulation. More outdoor clothing is available in outdoor.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a Nano Puff and a Synchilla jacket?
The Nano Puff has synthetic insulation instead of fleece. Synchilla is a synthetic fleece, and in this collection it appears as fleece jackets and as jackets with a nylon outer.

How does Patagonia sizing work?
Outdoor clothing is cut to be worn over layers, so the size on the label can run roomier than expected. The flat measurements in the description are a better guide.
