Pre-owned Stone Island jumpers, mostly crewnecks in cotton or wool, with the compass badge on the left sleeve. Each jumper is measured flat, and its condition is stated in the description.

Knit and details

Stone Island was founded in 1982 by Massimo Osti, as an offshoot of C.P. Company, according to the company history. Crewnecks are the largest group in this collection, with one V-neck, one turtleneck and one quarter-zip. Most jumpers are cotton and some are wool. Most have a ribbed collar, cuffs and hem, and the compass badge is removable on several. Grey, black and navy are the most common colours. Nearly all are cut for men or unisex, and one is cut for women.

Size and measurements

Sizes run from S to XL. The size on the label is only a rough guide, because jumpers labelled S measure between 46 and 59 cm across the chest, a difference of 13 cm within one letter. Each jumper is measured flat at four points: chest, length, shoulders and sleeve. The method is explained in the guide to measuring pit to pit.

The full range is available at Stone Island, with a separate page for Stone Island jackets and pages for men and women. The Stone Island guide explains the badge, the labels and the fabrics.
