Authentication
Every item is authenticated through LegitApp before it reaches the store. This applies to every item, from everyday brands to high-end designer labels. An item that cannot be authenticated does not go into the store.
Condition and cleaning
Every item is professionally cleaned before it reaches the store. Every product carries one of four condition labels, from Deadstock to Fair, and any imperfections are described in words as well as shown in the photographs. What each label means is explained in what deadstock means.
Sizing
A size label alone says little, because sizing differs between brands, lines and years. Every item is therefore measured by hand, for example chest, length, shoulders and sleeve on tops and jackets, and waist and inseam on trousers. The method is explained in the guide to measuring clothing.
Photography
Every item is photographed individually against a neutral background, and the photographs show the actual item.
Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Shipping
Orders placed before 15:00 ship the same day. Shipping within the Netherlands costs €5.95 and is free from €99. Shipping to the rest of Europe costs €13.95 and is free from €149.
