Puma and its sportswear

Puma dates from 1948, when the Dassler brothers split and each started his own company. The collection is mostly sweaters and hoodies, with one track jacket and one pair of track pants.

Sweaters and hoodies

Sweaters form the largest group. Six of them are crewnecks in cotton or cotton-blend fabrics with ribbed trims, in grey, black, blue and navy, with graphics such as PUMA KING and International Puma Performance, logo tape down the sleeves or a large PUMA wordmark with the leaping cat. The collection also includes a red quarter-zip sweater with pink horizontal stripes and a ring-pull half zip. Three hoodies in navy, grey and black are cotton-blend fleece with chest logos, such as the Puma Fun Motion and Puma Spectrum II graphics. The grey hoodie has a short half-zip placket and the black hoodie a three-button henley placket.

Track jacket and track pants

The purple track jacket is a lightweight nylon shell with colour-block panelling in lilac, white and green, a full-zip front, a hooded high neck and elasticated hem and cuffs. The navy track pants in size 34x34 are lightweight nylon shell pants with a crinkled finish, an elasticated waistband, adjustable drawcord hems and subtle logo embroidery.

Condition and size

Condition notes are stated in the descriptions, including a very light orange mark on the front of the navy hoodie, stains on the sleeve of one blue crewneck and pilling on the grey and black hoodies. The sizes in the item titles run from S to L. Each item is measured flat at four points: across the chest from armpit to armpit, the length of the body, across the shoulders and the length of the sleeve.
